Commentary : Dating according to the archive‘s catalogue: c. 1600, no direct evidence found on the sheet itself. Press and edge-runner (see for the latter sk188xc and sk188d), in the pertaining documents, are said to have been used by the butchers in Montbéliard to first crush and then press „Grieben“.
